This is the Scrapbook page for our January workshop.
The background has been made with masking tape.
Stick strips of masking tape on to a non stick sheet and paint them with acrylic paints, dry with a heat gun then stick them on to a 12 x 12 piece of card, it doesn't matter what colour as it is covered up completely.
